Hotel vicino a Mennonite Heritage Center - Harleysville

“Unfortunately, a big part of the reason we wanted the hotel was the pool. It was on and jets were moving but it was closed. We went for breakfast, and unfortunately everything was either unavailable or they couldn’t modify (make something without honey) so we walked to Starbucks. There were such loud noises all night and I was not happy with the experience.”

“Pros - The common areas and our room were clean and well maintained. The pool and spa were a big hit with our grandchildren. The staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast offered a variety of foods to start the day. Cons - The fitness room was under construction. This wasn’t an issue for us, but would have been an issue if the pool was under construction. I have learned to call the hotel before booking to make sure the amenities I want are in working order. “NO hangers, dresser, coffee maker (had to go buy one as there is not even a guest area with one), and only one end table on side of the bed. Had 2 small towels and 1 hand towel. Had to use a towel as a floor mat by shower. Asked for a washcloth and more towels. Got 2 more towels but was told they don't have washcloths. “Okay number one I wasn't offered free continental breakfast. Another thing you do not get a microwave in your room and I was there for three plus days. When I talk to the person at the desk and told him that we didn't have a microwave in our room he said oh really that's strange we can talk to somebody in the morning. Then we were informed that no rooms have a microwave it's a community microwave downstairs. And it was filthy, they had stuff all over the carpets and the elevators and the...
