“We had a great experience with the staff at this hotel. As a group of 10, they accommodated us by allowing a late check-out at 12pm and stored our luggage with no issue. When we noticed the AC wasn’t working in one of our rooms, the front desk came promptly to check it. Although it couldn’t be fixed right away, they offered fans which worked fine for us since we were out for the day and checking out the next day. “Everything was Unique about Moxys. The whole concept of the hotel is unique. The rooms are smaller than normal but satisfactorily, sufficient. No waste. It's a hotel that you feel like staying inside and enjoying all the amenities that they provide. We enjoyed watching Canada wine a FIFA game with several other Canadian cheering fans. “The unit itself was clean and tidy and organized the front door handle to the building is massive and almost fell off every time I went to open and close the door, knobs in the shower fixtures and handles were falling off and the hot tub doesn't have much water pressure so it takes an incredibly long time to fill..
