“Stayed for a couple of weeks whilst our house was rewired. Nice part of the world, comfortable accommodation, wasn't rushing to go home. Though I live in Worcester it was nice to explore this part of the county. ”

Friendly staff.
Not so enamoured with all the steps at the front of the hotel not disabled friendly. There was a door leading off the car park but still had steps to negotiate.
Otherwise it was a nice stay and was made to feel welcome.”
“The room was cosy and had everything we needed. A fridge with water and fresh milk was a great addition. The evening meal and the breakfast we really delicious. Ellie showed us to our room abd served our drinks and evening meal. She was fab.”

The reception staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. They were friendly, helpful and when they said something would be done, it was.

The hotels setting was lovely on the banks of the River Severn yet and easy walk to the city centre and main sights. Our room was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, well presented and freshly cooked to order. We had a nice evening meal in the restaurant. ”

“Rooms are exceptional. Beautiful bed and bathroom. Little touches like items for breakfast and lovely toiletries make this a very special place. The owner Annika makes you feel very welcome. I will definitely stay again.”
