“La Sagesse is an incredible boutique resort. The property is beautiful. La Sagesse bay is the perfect location to swim, kayak or just relax for the day. “Romantic and relaxing with great views of the jungle and ocean. Room could use a little TLC with things like a broken soap dish in the shower, but we are an active outdoor couple and don't need grand comfort. You are in the tropical jungle so expect bugs. The voice of the jungle speaks at night. “This is a great boutique hotel. Nothing real fancy but location and views are superb as well as the food. The locals use this restaurant to treat themselves on special occasions. The whole resort was very clean and well run. Staff were a pleasure to deal with. Certainly a good place to relax and use as a base for day trips which are readily arranged by the front desk.”
