“Units Wifi did not work even when property manager came to help connect. When you walk in the room, mold smell hits your nose immediately and there was mold all around the bathtub. Blanket smelled like it hadn't been washed from the previous renter, pillow had spots of blood on it. Private beach is a 8-10 minute walk, this building is not beachfront. I would not recommend staying at this location”

“Cleanliness could have been better. The dining, kitchen and back of the couch are full of small ants. I ended up buying bug spray and cleaning cloth. Couch smells bad. Location was great, only access is pool, access to the beach you have to pay additional 350 per person per day.”

“Poor experience. Room phones do not work. Motion detectors (that automatically turn all electricity in your off) do not function correctly. This is a $500 / night five-star hotel that provides a two-star experience. Staff are extremely dismissive of concerns. Your better choice would be Shangri-La Mactan.”
