“The staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful. I had a dog with me, and the room floor had a very functional, non-carpet flooring that was awesome! Bed was great. Traffic and plane noise, but overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.”

“While the bar had a wide selection the barmaid was less than expected. She got irritated in asking to turn the music down a little, she was controlling on her personal phone. When an article of interst came on the TV we asked for her to turn the music off while we listened to the news. We were the only 2 at the bar and only 2 other guys sitting adjacent to the bar in the restaurant area. After the news brief was over we expected her to turn the music back on. ”

“The room had ample space and a nice mattress. The appearance is good but functionally this hotel has some glitches. If you are tall you may like the high showerhead, however with a fixed glass enclosure on the controls side the only way to turn on the water is to stand in front of it and take a cold blast in the face. ”

“The beds were very uncomfortable, and the constant flashing light when going to bed with all the lights off was annoying. The refrigerator and the telephone did not work at all. I expected more from this hotel. ”

“We came back to our hotel room one afternoon to realize there were no parking spots available. When we called the front desk we were told there was an event happening and we (the paying guest at what we thought was our home away from home) were told to park in remote parking. Essentially the event people were given priority over guests. This is not acceptable behaviour for a hotel. We will not be staying at a Hilton property in the future.”

“Had a great stay the beginning of April. I am heading back to Charleston SC this week. Staying again at the Summerville location. Their staff is exceptional and very helpful. Rooms are clean. I would recommend staying here.”

“The room floor was nasty and refrigerated was not clean and the towel rack hanging off and shower curtain had blood stains on it and window curtains rip with a big hole in it that people can look in………”

“The room needed some updating. Carpeting was stained. Breakfast was good but not well attended so many items were gone or very little left when we arrived long before the end of the breakfast time. Room had an unpleasant odor. Convenient location.”

“Old hotel; made me sign a pet damages waiver even though I had no pets; the sofa in the room was already badly damaged by a cat; I went to the office in the morning to make sure that they didn’t charge me for the damages. They did not, which is good. The breakfast buffet was nasty. Gross eggs, coffee that tasted awful, and a fly landed in my juice. It was expensive, too. Double what I would have wanted to pay for the low quality. And very difficult to get in and out of the parking lot because of...
