“Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again.”

“Disappointing experience at this Hilton. I stayed at this hotel along with other family members for a family event. Airconditioning was not working anywhere other than hallways (including bedrooms and lobby). I was sharing a room with my 2 daughters. Room was never cleaned, despite housekeeping being in the hallway when we left at 10am. I agreed to have them send an engineer to the room and they also said they would deliver a fan. “Why was my handicap room on the 4th floor and all the way back to the end of the hallway.”

“The staff has dirty uniforms, could not get hot water to make tea to day. Stated the coffees shop is closed on Monday's. Hall floors are not vacuum, glass doors were not cleaned during my total stay. In general poor maintenance.”
