“Overall disappointed with the level of customer service I received. At times, I was made to feel that I was being a bother. I was told that breakfast was included in my stay when booking only to be told that information was incorrect at the hotel. We were a party of 5 and were in town for a party. Didn’t see housekeeping until the last night we were there. ”

“Just really slept in the hotel. I don’t like the bathroom personal products as the smell isn’t good for me. Thank goodness I packed my own personal products. The temperature was also warm in the room but my window did open which really helped out! Bed was comfy and the tv worked. ”

“I asked for a room "refresh" twice (2 separate days) and never received it. Had to call the front desk a third time to get clean towels. There was also alot of dog poop all over the grass near the parking lot.”

“4 stars for Staff. The Front Desk Staff - GREAT! Mia at the Front Desk - lovely person. The Room Cleaners - let’s put it this way, if you’re only staying 2 or 3 nights, make your own bed and keep them out of your room. If you have to let them in, lock up all of your stuff.”

“Had a wonderful stay and appreciated the complimentary upgrade to the 2 bedrooms suite. Very spacious and quiet. Thank you Mark. Also thank you Tommy for checking on how my stay was going. “It was the worst experience of my life. A pipe froze burst they needed to ship us to a different location. We received nothing in return for the trouble that we went through and the management was mean and nasty.”

“My girlfriend car got broken into and the staff was no help retrieving the footage so we can give it to the police will Never come here again a bad establishment booked a king size gave me a double bed they should be shut down and roaches are in the room ”

“Pessimo motel le camere non smoking sanno una puzza di fumo terribile, dalle porte entrano spifferi di aria inimmaginabili riscaldamento non funzionava abbastanza per riscaldare la camera moquette sul pavimento sporca. Colazione da dimenticare ! Prezzo esagerato qualità scadente ”

“per il prezzo pagato siamo stati trattati come dei re. posto incantevole, camera semplice ma veramente molto bella e curata, bagno con vasca idromassaggio e due lavandini, colazione semplice ma completa e servita nel grande salone, libero accesso a tutto il castello ed al suo parco, parcheggio libero e gratuito con servizio parcheggiatore. è stato un po' come essere in royal pains.”
