“Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again.”

“The room was clean but didn’t smell clean had a damp smell. The ac was super loud too. But worst was traffic noise, from the LIE at night. The gym was good, but no bottle water in the gym, the dispenser was empty. The breakfast was very good, lots of options.”

“No. Ac in any room. For 500 dollars a night I think they should have offered a discount or at least a night stay to make up for that but instead I guess they wanted their money regardless. Not happy”

“The window blinds didn’t fully cover the windows, dishwasher was broken, doors to one of our rooms didn’t close unless you picked it up and forced it closed. The sofa sunk in and the sofa bed mattress was very thin. Other than that the place was good.”

“Disappointing experience at this Hilton. I stayed at this hotel along with other family members for a family event. Airconditioning was not working anywhere other than hallways (including bedrooms and lobby). I was sharing a room with my 2 daughters. Room was never cleaned, despite housekeeping being in the hallway when we left at 10am. I agreed to have them send an engineer to the room and they also said they would deliver a fan. “Nothing ruins a hotel stay more readily than a noisy, rattly window unit. There was no way to quiet it down other than completely turning it off, and the room quickly heated up to uncomfortable summertime temps. On an unrelated note, they offered the most meager 'free breakfast' that I've ever seen.”
