“clean room, staff and breakfast”

“Breakfast was an orange or granola bar. Disappointed. The room was great, but not a door on the sleeping area so the TV interfered. Great concept turning a school into a hotel. Large hallways and room.”

The front desk gave us 3rd floor rooms for 3 nights and did not tell us elevator was out of service. Carrying all of our luggage up 3 floors after traveling hours was not pleasant.”

“The rooms are not cleaned, there’s no one in the front desk after certain hours. The breakfast area was closed during the 7 to 10 am hours. Those hours are the operating hours. There’s no fan in the bathroom to help with ventilation. There’s door lock to access the guess’s room does not work. Anyone can walk in to the guess’s room area. There was a housemaid that vacuums the hallways. When asked the room’s cleaning. She indicated that they only provide towels and do not clean the rooms. Worst...
