“Advertised a swimming pool but it was closed for my 2 days stay.”

“My kid got bit by a insect and had a reaction. I’ve contacted the hotel to resolve the problem and did not want yo help. Covers had blood. Place was dirty and smelled bad.”

“The hotel staff asked for cash on arrival before they looked up my reservation. Then they began to argue with me about having exact change. Proceeded to yell at me through the glass between their desk and the reception area. Two thumbs down. 10 out of 10 do not recommend ”

“convenient to local business, doctors, & apparently the lake close by. the property is marginally clean. house keeping could improve, beginning with turning on air conditioning for a rented room. plenty of breakfast food, but the tiny "omlettes" were not really edible.”

“We stay at many Hiltons, and this one was not very clean. There was dog smell all over, the hotel tries to cover it up with a strong scent. Our shower did not work; room smelled like mold and beds were very hard. The pool was not kept up, very dirty my kids did not want to get in. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.”

“I stayed in room 217. There was exposed wiring in the bathroom and bedside. The shower was peeling and the faucet was loose with no seal. The AC never got to the set temp. Stains on the bed skirt. No laundry bag in the room, when I asked housekeeping for one they referred me to front desk where there was no one to be found… I was planning on resolving at the front desk at check out but there was no one there.
