“I went downstairs to the service desk to report that the smell of weed was very strong in the hallway woke me up out of my sleep I headache, my husband had to take me to the store to get headache medication. The only thing she could do is the state that she have no way in telling who and where the room is, it was kind of dry and she could move me, but it was already 1:45 in the morning. I don’t mean to be mean, but if the hotel is smoke free, it should be smoke. Free will probably not be seeing...

“We requested a mobility accessible room, and when we arrived they had given us a room without the accommodations due to a slight issue with the heater, but was not notified prior or upon arrival. They did switch us back to the original room, but also the first room they gave us was very disgusting- Floors stained, finger stains/smudges on the sheets, appliances/furnishings falling off the wall, etc. And the bathroom had no inner door knob.
