“I booked 2 rooms because my mom had to have surgery.. the hospital called the last minute and canceled the surgery. The hotel management would not agree to refund. Under the circumstances I would think they had a enough empathy & compassion not to charge us. That's over $300 that i can't get back..”

“1st room had ketchup on the walls crumbs on couch staff switch me rooms second room wasnt any better broken light fixtures smelly water bugs and spiders Property was filthy wanted to leave but couldn't talked to owner and got no solution just apologies”
