“I stayed in room 217. There was exposed wiring in the bathroom and bedside. The shower was peeling and the faucet was loose with no seal. The AC never got to the set temp. Stains on the bed skirt. No laundry bag in the room, when I asked housekeeping for one they referred me to front desk where there was no one to be found… I was planning on resolving at the front desk at check out but there was no one there. My Expedia receipt and my amount that I was charged at the hotel were not the same. The amount charged by Cambria was significantly higher. After multiple failed attempts to resolve with the hotel and Expedia, I resulted to disputing with my bank. Hotel management refused to call me back, and denied my refund to Expedia.
