“Had to move rooms 3 times. Once because the hot water in the shower didn’t work, then the AC, then the TV.”

“Rooms were good and everything was ok as well. Only issue was not the fault of the hotel, the G.P.S. getting you to the hotel was all jacked up. It put us into the industrial area behind the hotel which required us to be about 1 block from the hotel.”

“Decent rooms for the price. The shower water pressure was awful, the sink felt like it had far greater water pressure. Keep that in mind if you like or need a strong shower.”

“We stayed 8 nights at Element Dallas Richardson, traveling from Toronto with our family for the Dallas Cup. Honestly, I’ve been trying to find something negative to say, but I can’t. The staff were incredible, always friendly, smiling, and one step ahead of everything. Small things made a big difference: helping us print documents in color by going out of their way, or bringing fresh towels to the pool area even when we were just sitting outside.
