“We came in from atlanta at 730am. We had a rough start to our day. The airlines sent our luggage to florida and there was nothing we could do. We then arrived to the rental center and they messed up our reservation. We didn't get the car we paid for. We spent an additional 5 hours at the airport. Our children were exhausted because we were up since 3am. I called Spark hotel and asked for an early checkin. They wasted no time in telling me yes.
