“Cassondra was a great front desk staff.She was really nice and even changed my room so I could be close to other family members that were staying there. Even made coffee in the evening when I asked since the rooms do not come with microwave or coffee makers. But it does come with a refrigerator. Breakfast the sausage both days were not cooked well but clean area to eat in with microwave to cook longer. “There was no trash bags in the rooms. The furniture were torn and looks dirty. The carpet was filthy. The staff were very helpful. Served us cookies and when I misplaced my wallet, the lady took her time to help me find my wallet. I can’t remember the names of the 2 staff that served me the cookies and the one who helped me find my wallet. I appreciate them and will come back to the facility because of them”
