My Expedia receipt and my amount that I was charged at the hotel were not the same. The amount charged by Cambria was significantly higher. After multiple failed attempts to resolve with the hotel and Expedia, I resulted to disputing with my bank. Hotel management refused to call me back, and denied my refund to Expedia. “When we came to our room, the room it was a lot of cockroaches. We stayed because I arrived very late that night; if it had been earlier, I would have requested reimbursement, and we would not have spent the third night. I decided to move to another hotel. Bad experience overall”

“with the price you pay -you could get a nicer place somewhere else, I just needed to be in that location for my short visit. Staffs were friendly - older building and feels old and some molds in bathroom, carpet was wet and smelly - I did not say nothing since it was a one night stay. Breakfast was decent. Did not use amenities.”
