“Great place to stay with a beautiful plaza nearby. The pictures are a little deceptive, it wasn’t right on the water like it seemed, but it was just a couple minutes walk away. The breakfast was amazing too! ”

“We requested a mobility accessible room, and when we arrived they had given us a room without the accommodations due to a slight issue with the heater, but was not notified prior or upon arrival. They did switch us back to the original room, but also the first room they gave us was very disgusting- Floors stained, finger stains/smudges on the sheets, appliances/furnishings falling off the wall, etc. And the bathroom had no inner door knob. “ The service was great. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Only problem was the noise from the interstate was so loud it was hard to sleep. My room was the closest to I30, I don’t think all rooms have this problem. ”

“This place was dirty and unsafe. People were in and out slamming doors, yelling in the halls at all hours of the night. 2 or 3 am in the morning people are coming in and out of the building. Leads me to believe that there was prostitution or drugs being sold in that location. The front door was broken so there was homeless people sleeping in the lobby. The front desk was behind thick glass. The staff was rude and acted like they were doing you a favor by waiting on you. I went down to complain...
