“We checked in for a 2 night stay for an MGK concert! The staff was attentive, rooms were clean and well maintained & there was lots of amenities to use, library, spa, cafe, restaurants and bars, rooftop pool and they even had a starbucks on site. We had a lovely view of the CN tower from our room, it was the cherry on top. I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Pretty sure MGK stayed in the hotel too. Overall great experience and lots of places within walking distance.”

“This is not a HOTEL. This is an apartment that is being rented out as a "hotel room". When I arrived to the location, a police officer was outside and he said that it was not a hotel but a resident building. To not go into the building since it could not be safe. I spoke to the information sent by Hotels.com and the number they use was on WhatsApp. I even went to the original location given which was in a really bad neighborhood with only bodegas, cigar stores and other simple stores.
