“Close to the gondola. Very friendly staff. The access to The Peaks Spa was a sweet surprise.”

“Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!”

“Excellent property, helpful staff lovely gym and pool facilities. Super easy to get to downtown and the Bluegrass Festival with the gondola! Would love to come back here and stay at the same property for skiing.”

“The fire alarm went off three times in the middle of the night, the alarm was faulty. No restaurant, but we paid top prices for sub par food on paper plates 😬. Waterside was out of order. Not a pleasant stay!”

“The location was great, next to gondola and trails. Breakfast was good. The room was very hot, only a window air unit in bedroom. The windows were not well insulated and could hear everything outside. The pull out bed in couch was very uncomfortable. The parking was confusing because had signs saying not to park, also parking is $20. The front staff at check-in was rude.”

“Felt similar to staying in a dorm room. No decorations hardly. Blank slate room. Bathroom heater didn’t work. Cob webs in corners. Hot water intermittent. Front desk was very nice though. ”

Il servizio è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha anche indicato come usufruire di sconti per le terme. Avrei solo aggiunto una coperta in più per evitare di mettere al massimo il riscaldamento.”

“la colazione non e' come te la aspetteresti, e' un vero e proprio gourmet brunch fatto espresso ogni giorno dalle appassionate mani di Jim. la sua stessa presenza, con la gentilezza, l'affabilita' e la simpatia da sole valgono il soggiorno. E poi c'e la vasca idromassaggio termale con cromoterapia all'aperto sotto le stelle dopo una giornata di gite tra le montagne. Un luogo di charme rovo tornerei senz'altro”
