“It was very nice property and everyone was friendly!”

“The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The suite was roomy and amenities were very convenient. We enjoyed that there was an AC unit in both he living and bedrooms, the water pressure was perfect, and the nightlight in the bathroom was a plus, the mirror with lights in the bathroom was wonderful, and it was very quiet at night and felt safe. The ONLY downside was the room didnt smell clean upon entering and our towels didnt have a fresh clean smell, and there were some random...

“Very clean and pleasant hotel. Staff were very nice. One big problem, no got water to shower. I called and asked they said "we are at full capacity, its hard to have hot water with this many guests." It was 6am. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in my life, never ever had or heard of this issue. Extremely disappointing. They offered nothing for the inconvenience as id "booked through a third party."”

“Room: Clean & neat. Felt sparse with contemporary style furniture and decor. Bathroom: lots of counter space. Pretty, but you have to stand inside the shower to turn on the water and end up blasted with cold water. No fan. A/C unit: wouldn't hurt to clean the vents/filters. musty smell. Halls/elevator: strong musty cigarette odor Fitness Room: hot & musty smell. Towels available. Did not notice cleaning spray, but did not use the space. Complimentary breakfast: everything was 'brown'....
