“La camera era enorme, oltre al letto king c'era un divano, un tavolo con 4 sedie, una cassettiera con frigo, microonde e TV. La camera era un po' polverosa, con una (piccola) ragnatela sul lampadario, il bagno pulito. Parcheggio comodo, zona ben servita”

“First of all, it took an hour from the airport to get a shuttle. Second of all, it took another 45 minutes to check in by the time we got there, only one one person work in the counter at a big resort. The air conditioning in our room did not work. It was set at 65 but the temperature remains 72. The internet also was slow or never worked. The pool is a joke. “The rooms and bed were very clean and comfortable.there was no smoke smell anywhere.the restaurant was great and the staff were quick and accommodating the location is great also so close to everything.will definitly stay there again”

“Property location was great. There is a miscommunication between Expedia and that hotel though, if you book the accessibility room there is NO sofa bed like Expedia says they have! They didn’t tell us that when we checked in which was a huge bummer”

“The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening.”

“Air conditioning was good, all lights and electrical worked and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The bed was broken.”

“Parking is horrible in the back, no feedback regarding our unused time (we left early, but not because of the motel), 90* outside and pool wasn’t open. It sufficed and was clean.”

“It was fine. We were in an older rooms but had friends in the same place that had nicer and cleaner rooms. We felt safe enough. But we weren’t staying with kids either. Happy for what I paid for the room, but probably wouldn’t stay there again. ”

“Took over an hour to check in 3 people ahead. Tried calling the property to extend reservation, told they were having phone problems but nobody followed up. Told deposit would be available immediately at check out then at check out, told 3-5 business days. The gal checking out was way more helpful than checkin in”

“The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking.”

“In my opinion, the carpet in room 1283 was not clean!! The sheets appeared dirty and overall the room didn't appear pleasant. It had a dull appearance.”
