Hotel vicino a Riverwalk District - Reno

“La camera era enorme, oltre al letto king c'era un divano, un tavolo con 4 sedie, una cassettiera con frigo, microonde e TV. La camera era un po' polverosa, con una (piccola) ragnatela sul lampadario, il bagno pulito. Parcheggio comodo, zona ben servita”

“The outdoor sitting area was super cute, the property was very clean and the amenities and decor were welcoming. The street is very loud at night; helpful ear plugs were provided. The lobby offers wine for sale. The bed was comfortable and the king room bathroom had two sinks. Convenient location to walk around mid-town. Memorable stay.”

“There were pubic hairs on the bathroom floor super gross floors were kind of dirty and fridge wasn’t very cold and coffee maker had existing water in it also gross”

“Clean, large room. Restaurant and bar in building, easy to locate, downtown Reno.”

“There was an employee named Blanca who was the highlight of our stay, as well as the two male front desk employees (I don’t remember their names), but they demonstrated the utmost professionalism and service ever! The staff is friendly, helpful and the premises were in pristine condition. Definitely staying here again!”

“Great cleaning crew. Elevator had good service and clean. Reception was not bad (specially there was a guy on duty on 6/6 morning shift). Bad internet reception, except in the lobby. Dirty/old toilet (not cleaning crew's fault) Neighborhood was dirty and a lot of homeless people. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking.”

“When we first checked in the first room that we got, it was hot in the room like there was hardly any air blowing out and it wasn’t even cold so the next day I go and I switch rooms the air in that room wasn’t much better.”

“We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use.”
