Hotel vicino a Bruka Theater - Reno

“Good hotel, $20 to self park? And not a great experience in the restaurant!”

“La camera era enorme, oltre al letto king c'era un divano, un tavolo con 4 sedie, una cassettiera con frigo, microonde e TV. La camera era un po' polverosa, con una (piccola) ragnatela sul lampadario, il bagno pulito. Parcheggio comodo, zona ben servita”

“The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. As were the bathrooms. Phoned the staff to be friendly and helpful. I did not eat breakfast in the room, but we had dinner one evening and it was exceptionally good.”

“Property location was great. There is a miscommunication between Expedia and that hotel though, if you book the accessibility room there is NO sofa bed like Expedia says they have! They didn’t tell us that when we checked in which was a huge bummer”

“The room was absolutely spotless, with every corner nicely arranged, creating such a warm and inviting vibe. The staff was super friendly and always ready to lend a hand, which made my stay even better! As for the casino, it still has that same fun atmosphere and familiar layout that I loved from my last visit, buzzing with vibrant lights and the exciting sounds of spinning slot machines.”

“This hotel is way over priced and lack of proper management. When we arrived at our room, by the door there was still a pile of garbage left by the previous owner. Inside the kitchen cabinet, the trash can was full as well. We had to call the housekeeping which was the front desk twice to have them removed. Yet the hotel has audacity to charge us $120 pet cleaning fee for just one night, which added to the bill and made it total $700, not mention the low quality breakfast choice. This is a...

“We like staying at holiday inn.Express and part of that is due to the breakfast, which was very good. Two things notable were the carpet in our room hadn't been cleaned of little burrs, which I would step on from time to time. And also the shuttle back to the airport doesn't run until 9AM. That limits early flight times. Overall it was a good experience.”

“I almost never complain but my initial room was filthy. carpet was torn, smelled like urine and heavy cleaning supplies. They were nice enough to place me in a different room but that one had a used Kleenex by the bed and dead bug on the carpet. I questioned whether the sheets had been washed and decided to sleep in my clothes.”

“Rooms smelled like pot. Had to get 1 room switched. Pool was not in service.”

“Worked well for my show to stay close by. Was great all in all but bummed there were no microwaves available on the property as I had meal prep and needed one. Otherwise everything was clean and in working order! Staff was helpful for any questions and the valet service was fabulous!”

“The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking.”
