“Parking was hard and there was a Coke missing from the minibar”

“The building is historical, but the interior is not. Everything was comfortable and convenient. The decor was very modern and would appeal more to a younger age group than we retirees. 🙂”

“Property location was great. There is a miscommunication between Expedia and that hotel though, if you book the accessibility room there is NO sofa bed like Expedia says they have! They didn’t tell us that when we checked in which was a huge bummer”

“This hotel is way over priced and lack of proper management. When we arrived at our room, by the door there was still a pile of garbage left by the previous owner. Inside the kitchen cabinet, the trash can was full as well. We had to call the housekeeping which was the front desk twice to have them removed. Yet the hotel has audacity to charge us $120 pet cleaning fee for just one night, which added to the bill and made it total $700, not mention the low quality breakfast choice. This is a...

“The room, a Tuscany Tower King Suite, was recently renovated and was very nice. The pool and hot tub area were great although it was a cool and slightly breezy day. The casino area was fantastic and the staff went out of their way to make sure that our needs were met. The reason for my “less than excellent “ rating was because of our experience at the Bimini Steakhouse. “This attractive hotel had nice rooms and a great breakfast.”

“I didn’t get the adjoining rooms I was promised, and I didn’t even get to go into my second room until 7pm when check in was at 3pm. I booked this two months in advance and called to confirm one month in advance. Then they tried to charge me three times for two rooms. The room I was in was not in great condition, with the furniture being broken in spots on the drawers and cabinets. Will not be booking again.”
