Hotel vicino a Sierra Arts Foundation - Reno

“Nicely renovated hotel that accommodates dogs, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are cute, but very small. Shower has glass walls so your partner can watch you I guess. Loud AC, but is better than no AC. Only has a tea kettle and instant coffee in the room, but it was good. ”

“Room was nice. No elevator, only stairs and all rooms are on 2nd & 3rd floor. Terrible sketchy neighborhood. Bartenders were helpful, especially Jess, as there’s no front desk or luggage assistance.”

“The place was very nice ! The Italian restaurant was fabulous so delicious . Every thing was good with exception of a few guess unfortunately in my he north wing you could hear guess from one room to another so sadly a couple of nights where interrupted with load neighbors! And then some courteous enough to bring a dog that was barking non stop from 1:30 - 2:30 in the morning ! But it's would definitely stay again in the main part of the hotel”

“Extremely disappointed with the room. The mattress was ancient and the springs were literally poking through. It was incredibly uncomfortable and felt very cheap. Would not recommend.”

“The worst experience ever!!!! Will never stay here again. In fact we had to check out of the room early and lose our money because we can’t even sleep at all. There’s some kind of violence going on next door and the people were screaming and yelling and slamming door until 5:30am. You can hear the phone ring in the next room and the whole conversation. When we opened the patio door and there are homeless people walking around. It’s kind of scary to stay there. Stay away.”

Drug deals in neighboring rooms all hours of the night. Lights in room were broken. Phone in room didn’t work. No way to contact front desk from room. WiFi didn’t work. Still waiting on a refund. ”
