“The hotel is very centrally located, just on the Riverfront! We booked well in advance for December and the price for quality has been excellent. No breakfast but full of options nearby. Very helpful staff. I recommend this hotel! ”

“L'hotel è carino e ben tenuto ed è anche pulito ma trovo assurdo che non facciano le pulizie quotidiane e cambio asciugamani, se non dietro richiesta. Rischi di stare una settimana senza che puliscano la camera perché al check in non ti dicono che la pulizia va richiesta! Il personale è molto freddo e quasi scocciato. La colazione poco ricca e il latte era anche acido. È un vero peccato perché l'hotel nel complesso è particolare e carino e sopratutto in ottima posizione ”

“The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10. The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault. The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Location is excellent too. ”

“Hotel di grandi dimensioni situato accanto alla passeggiata che costeggia il Mississipi e vicino alle principali vie del quartiere francese.Bella la camera assegnataci,di grandi dimensioni,con un comodo letto e dotata di tutti i comfort.Spettacolare la vista dalla camera sulla citta' e sul Mississipi.Ho trovato il personale distaccato e poco empatico.”

“Grenoble House is a hidden gem! Close enough to everything to be practical, far enough to avoid the noise of Bourbon. The hot tub was a must have and the fully loaded kitchen was a great touch - though we ate at local spots our whole stay. Our room was clean and spacious and we would definitely comeback if we made it to NOLA again. ”

“This place was beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice! We were right by everything in walking distance and the parking was right next door! The space was comfy and quiet! We parked and walked to all of our destinations! We definitely will come back to this place ”

The location alone is unbeatable right in the French Quarter, so you can step outside and instantly be in the middle of everything (food, music, vibes), but somehow it’s still peaceful enough to actually relax when you come back. That balance is rare and they nailed it. The building itself has so much character. It feels historic in the best way, not outdated like...
