“Ottimo hotel, molto bello, personale cordiale”

“Room was clean! Only one elevator for entire building! The other was out of service. Lounge/bar area was clean! The pool was open but, we did not get in because the water was cloudy! The reason we booked was for the pool. So that was a disappointment! This is the second Hilton we stayed at in the area and I feel like these buildings are out dated and need some renovation! Staff that we encountered were nice and rooms although out dated were clean!”

“Rooms were redone recently but our bathroom door rubbed really bad o. The floor and they need to fix that. Clean rooms, free breakfast - typical buffet. They gave us each a water when we got there which was nice with the hot heat. Staff was always pleasant.”

“We had an issue with our room and the staff moved us immediately. They were helpful and even carried our luggage to the new room”

“The rooms that face the pool seem to have zero insulation from sound. They allow people to hangout in pool or drink by pool throughout the night so it’s very noisy.”

“Camera non pulita nei dettagli, hanno lasciato ventilatore per ozono per togliere odori lasciati dal precedente cliente. Forse essendo una struttura che dà affitta le camere anche per periodi di 30 giorni, le camere vengono lasciate in condizioni di forte utilizzo e sporcizia.”

“Instant eggs, grounds full of weeds, no pool (closed 2 years ago). TV had blurred images, smelled very musty.”

“Friendly staff, clean room and good location”

“We had a 2 bedroom suite reserved. When we arrived we were given a one bedroom so had to get that fixed. Room was clean but a bit run down. Ripped and fraying upholstery and a missing drain were evident. When we had issues in the evenings there was rarely a staff person available as they were doing other tasks in the hotel. The hallways had no air conditioning but the rooms were comfortable. The beds and pillows were good and the location was also close to highways and shopping.”

“Served our needs adequately for 3 days while moving. Room was ok would have preferred 2 beds but they only had one with couch. Breakfast was very skimpy no muffins or pastries etc. Staff was nice. Accommodated our 2 small dogs. Location was good for our needs.”
