Hotel vicino a Lower State Driving Range - Philadelphia

“The place is definitely beautiful, but the staff is awful. We waited on the counter for 25 minutes and nobody was around. The room did not have a remote control for the TV and you could not call from the phone to the front desk It was and Neil sticking out of the carpet that my wife stepped right in it. We put a table on top of it and told the staff when we checked out. Breakfast is the cheapest plastic silverware with paper plate Absolutely terrible”

“Terrible stay. Would not come back. Everything was fine until we arrived and were told the hotel Wi-Fi was down. We stayed for three days, and the Wi-Fi was still not working by the end of the trip. That meant no reliable internet the entire stay, and since my phone only had one or two bars in the room, I could barely stream anything or use my phone properly either. On top of that, the key cards were extremely temperamental. I had to get my room keys redone four different times. Staff...

“Hotel was closed for months. We were never notified. Called to find out increasing the number guest. Phone was answered by housekeeping who said the hotel wouldn’t be open until March. I guess Expedia was never notified by best western.”

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our toilet which seemed to be running too long to refill and they sent someone in the morning and it was taken care of. Breakfast had plenty of options and the breakfast area was open and inviting. In good weather there are outdoor tables as well. Bedroom was comfortable and the llving room was as well. We were on the third floor and it was very quiet and we had a tree right outside of our window. Parking was easy”

“The place I usually stay (Fairfield by Marriott) was sold out, so I picked this one (ESA) as a back up for one night, bc it was close by. Massive contrast with Fairfield: even though ESA was more expensive, the room was not nearly as nice or as well maintained: (door handle had been jarred loose, and did not feel secure); vinyl instead of carpet on the floor - just generally had more of a cheapo vibe.
