“Beautiful hotel that was very close to Dollywood, and attractions in Pigeon Forge, and not too far of a drive to Gatlinburg. The room was clean and well-organized with a functional kitchenette. I went swimming in the pool with my granddaughter, which I tend to avoid doing at most hotels (because they are usually gross). The pool was very nice with a super shallow end that went very gradually to about 4.5 feet. Great for casual splashers and little kids. Towels are provided at poolside, so...

“I was surprised that there was a microwave by the vending machines but not one in the room. Overall, my 5-year old grandson had a ball and more than enough to keep him entertained!”

“The room smelled like cat urine or mold, the first room they booked us in i walked in on maintenance (holding a child and tons of luggage because no carts were available) had to go back down and get a new room.. lady didn’t know how so took a few minutes. the amenities were amazing, pools were clean and nice. balcony was the only nice thing about the room/ the bathroom too! Bathrooms were spacious and looked be upgraded nicely! i’d probably not stay here again just because the room smelt so bad...

“The room was clean, but the mattress and shower were worn down. Front desk clerk upon check in was a bit rude. Breakfast was good. ”

“Check in was a joke. The front desk girl was interrupted as she was checking is on by 2 motel workers that wanted to gossip about other employees of motel, the front desk girl could not complete our check on due to this interruption. Someone else completed. Rooms were remodeled from our previous visit but furniture in rooms was not placed in convenient spots to maximize space. TV would not work,no information in room on how to operate the TV or TV system.”
