“The staff were friendly, efficient and responded quickly to any issues. The pool was amazing, very clean as was the hot tub. My complaint is with the entry/exit doors on the North building. Between the wind and occupants not closing the doors gently, all you heard up until midnight was the slamming of those doors. It was very loud and kept us up most of the night. We reserved 2 rooms for our party of 4, thinking they would be next to each other but that was not the case. One room only had...

“I found it difficult to use the Keurig coffee maker. Hard to see & to lift up to put in the cups. Also it would be nice if something could be figured out to hold the room door open when rolling in the luggage carrier...especially when a person is alone.”
