“Nos hemos quedado muchas veces en este hotel y todo estaba bien, en esta última ocasión olvidamos los AirPods en la habitación, queríamos llegar por ellos pero la ubicación ahora es a 15 minutos del hotel… intentamos comunicarnos para que los guardaran ya que estaríamos pasando de regreso a los 4 días después pero no contestan. ”

“The receptionist was nice when we checked in but the room itself was awful. 4 of the lights didn't work, the room TV stand was damaged as was the remote for it. The kpod coffee maker had someone's hair in it, the bathroom door had weird stains, the temperature was too hot and not adjustable, the since and bathtub were rusty, and most of the furniture was stained. I was very disappointed and will NEVER be staying here again nor recommending it to anyone.”

“We had a wonderful stay - room was clean and comfy. My MIL especially enjoyed the scents of the shampoo/conditioner/body lotion. Breakfast was delicious and the chef even special made my daughter some French toast. The staff was truly the highlight of our visit! Very accommodating and friendly! We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was the closest hotel to the facility - lots of dining options around. Would definitely stay here again!”
