“Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Element Hotel. Very clean, quiet, convenient location. We felt safe here and the staff was very kind and helpful. The room our family of 5 stayed in was spacious and had a wonderful kitchenette. We would stay here again. ”

“It was clean and easy to find/park. However the shower did not get warm even after letting it run. They had rules for cleaning like it was an Airbnb. Check out was at 10 am. ”

“If ww were stayed at Fifth Floor I would give five stars but footfall noise is quite critical. I suggest a renewal with carpet instead of compact vynil tiles”

“My husband & I were very impressed with the hostess Ms. Henrietta Taylor she made us feel at home with her hospitality. She keeps the establishment immaculate, and served a scrumptious homemade breakfast! “The hotel was very clean but it smells old. It didn't affect my stay but it could use some updating. However, the staff was absoluting amazing and helpful. My son said it's pretty cool and we should visit again. Drury will be my first choice wherever I travel. They serve breakfast and dinner. They didn't mind me asking for extra to take for lunch the next day. The hotel is across the street from Union Station and the Aquarium. The metro is just across the parking lot of Union Station.
