“This was such a cute place. The walls are a little thin and we could hear people walking down the hallway in the evening, but we would stay here again. I really loved the vibe! The whole property is clean and cozy. The staff was great. ”

“I was concerned when I pulled into the facility because a contractor is repairing an exterior wall on the building.
I thought there would be a lot of noise and Debrie flying around, "excess dust".
I was pleasantly surprised that neither of these where a problem. The staff was very accommodating; the facility was very clean and enjoyable. I will definitely book a reservation at this facility the next time I'm coming to Shreveport. ”

“The girl who checked us in was very friendly and extremely helpful i requested a lower floor and I ask abt the stairwell bc I have a Phobia and she took us and showed us where it is and gave us 3rd floor. We ask abt bands and she was so explanatory abt where the 3 areas are that play music. She was kind and never acted as if it was a bother. Smiling and friendly ”

“This was the best hotel stay I've had in a while I had just left my original hotel that was a nightmare 😞 and I left there shook up walked into this hotel and it smelled so clean my room was refreshing I didn't want to leave, great staff and the breakfast was great they even had some grits😊 I'll be going back for sure”

“It was an amazing stay because originally i had a room booked for the Comfort inn and suites but they refused my room due to hotels.com not paying them so i canceled my booking with then and got transferred to Courtyard by Marriott and it was a better accommodation with better service. Very helpful and kind. Will book here again soon. Thank you ”
