“Absolute misrepresentation of what the pictures look like or the acclaimed 4-Star hotel classification. The entire property is old and could use a total renovation (particularly the scary-old elevators). Rooms are tiny and look so old as well. The restroom sink is outdated in size and style (a tiny flat surface sink with a wooden bottom stand with doors) and also had a bad smell. The television is probably the most annoying mess of the lot (perhaps the last straw that triggered this review) - a...

“Parking is ok. The price for the room is understandable, you get what u pay for right. They don't charge you a deposit, an you just basically paying for the price of the room... over all, i will book them again. And they do have smoking rooms too...”

“This is an older hotel that is currently undergoing renovations, so I’m expecting it to improve from its present condition. Despite that, the staff made a great impression—everyone was friendly and professional. A special thank you to Kristy, who went above and beyond to assist with our reservation and helped us get in touch with the right people regarding an issue we experienced at a previous Hilton location. I truly appreciated her effort and willingness to help.”
