“The room was fine. We were not feeling well and it was rainy and cold for the 3 days we were there. So we stayed in the room most of the time. So many Arab ethnic shops and food stores in the area. We were hoping for more of a "German" experience.”

“Clean apartment with many nice features (e.g, large dining table and excellent coffee maker). The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I felt comfortable with my window open at night. With two bathrooms, the rental can easily accommodate a group of friends. Designed for people on the move, as there is not a living room for lounging. We loved mornings in the kitchen/dining room and the bedrooms are quite comfortable for sleeping. Great stay with a responsive manager to answer questions.”

“Arrived late in the evening and in the rain. First impressions of the neighborhood late night were concerning, seemed a bit sketchy. This impression improved in daylight and as we became accustomed to the surroundings. It is a very noisy area, however. Lots of room for sleeping. Only one toilet. Separate shower room. Coffee/espresso in the small kitchen is a hit. Overall location, proximity to Munich sights, was great.”

“Very comfortable spot in a great location with easy access to public transportation. If you request early check-in, don't assume that just because they processed your credit card it was accepted. We found that out the hard way after a 10-hour trans-Atlantic flight. It wasn't until I called them because there was no key that I got the email saying my request was denied.”

“This apartment is lovely. It is clean, modern, and perfectly located-near both the hauptbahnhof and Marienplatz. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it. The only thing it’s missing is a few kitchen items(cutting board and cooking utensils).”

“Lovely property overall. 10/10 for cleanliness. Wolfgang and Tommy checked us in and were lovely. The location was great with buses 132 & 62 being within 2 mins walking distance. Felt safe in the area. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside being that we had to walk through the first bedroom to access the second bedroom, which would suit a family better. Overall, my favourite accomodation from the five countries we visited.”

“A repair issue caused by the massive snowstorm prevented us from using the "Schw 3 Deluxe Apartment" apartment. Thankfully, the Owners had AK4-L available for us and worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with the accommodations. AK4-L was good. The showers were hot with good pressure. Plenty of toilet paper. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and such, and all of the appliances worked. The radiators worked so well we had to turn all of them off, and the remaining one just barely...
