Appartamenti a Theresienwiese U-Bahn

“Not sure we'll repeat this. Idea is okay- minimal staff and a small apt with living/dining/kitchen/bedroom. The apt was dark, even with all the lights on - but the problem was the lack of staff assistance. We never got an email with instructions and codes to get the key, and staff was only there a few hours a day. We got there mid-afternoon in a snowstorm and were lucky another guest let us in to try to work out how to get a key. After that we didn't really need people, but there were weird...

The girl who welcomed us was very kind, not so the property. The place...

“Place needs ac and a washer at a minimum Location good”

“It wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped. For the amt of rooms it was a good price - but can use a good deep cleaning”

“Very convenient and suited our needs. Spacious apartment with plenty of room for a family of 6. 5 minute walk from Munich Central Station. Grocery store directly across the street. Deutsch Bank atm next door. Air conditioning was a blessing during the June heatwave. Thank you for a great stay in Munich!”

“Amazing location, clean and perfect for our family of 5 with grown kids!”

“Super freundlicher Kontakt, Wohnung gut gelegen, empfehlenswert.”

“Terrific place. Quiet, and Justin replied right away. Lots of little restaurants downstairs. Close to everything. The favorite thing we did in Munich was biking up and down the River walk. Bring your helmet.”

“The apartment was in a great location and had plenty of room. That’s about where the positives end. The check in process was very bad and not communicated well at all. The app worked great it was finding the apartment that was an issue. I re-read the listing and it made sense in hindsight, but whilst traveling to a new location it would be helpful to clearly communicate how to located the apartment in the building. Also, I’m used to Airbnb and VRBO hosts having some basics, like bottled water...

“Good location, but the unit would really benefit from a professional cleaning. Not well equipped for guests — no toilet paper!”

“It was very nice and convinient. I close to everything.”

“Bellissima”

“Conveniently located near the train station and within easy walking distance of restaurants, Old Town, and local attractions. I was able to drop off my luggage before check-in, and the manager even delivered it to my apartment later, which was greatly appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I especially loved the operable skylights and enjoyed sleeping with them open overnight.”
