“Molto bella la posizione dell'hotel con vista sulla laguna e sul mare che pero' è impraticabile. L'hotel è suddiviso in due parti; una parte che comprende reception, alcune camere, centro ayurvedico e piscina ed una seconda parte che prevede altre camere, ristorante ayurvedico e tradizionale; queste due parti sono divise da un canale; e' pertanto necessario utilizzare la barca per trasferirsi da un complesso all'altro. L'efficienza del personale in generale non è il punto forte della struttura.”

“The room was large with a balcony, quite spacious and very tidy. The deal came with breakfast, so the cost was very affordable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Towels were clean and soft, bathroom was clean and had all the facilities. The only problem was the lack of supply of toilet rolls, coffee etc. we had to ask for these items. It is very conveniently located near the airport (15 minutes by taxi) and many other attractions Kerala has to offer.
