“Lack of coffee and apathy of staff ”

“The first bedroom I entered was poorly lit and a bit shabby, but tolerable. However, the tub and shower area of the bathroom was shockingly unclean with built-up soap scum, dirt from feet, and possibly mold. The light switch was cracked and stained, and the tissue dispenser in the wall was rusty. The walls apparently used to have wallpaper and the residual wallpaper paste was never removed. They were crudely painted over, making the rough patches look like mold. There were holes in the closet...

“Breakfast was fresh and replenished frequently. Good variety of foods. Staff was very pleasant and visited with clients to make sure everything was okay. Plenty of parking . ”

“This was a lovely stay Many improvements were made si ce we stayed last year. Breakfast was better, the shower is fabulous, and the beds are comfortable. Staff was very helpful.and prompt.”

“Everything was amazing—we truly loved our stay. The room was beautiful, and the view made the experience even better. My girlfriend really enjoyed it as well, which made it special for both of us. The only small thing we noticed was that there wasn’t enough sugar provided for the coffee, and there weren’t utensils available for guests who might bring back snacks or dessert. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Thank you for such a great stay—we would definitely come back!”

“Bed covers had large yellow stains. Water was not hot. Not clean. Staff was not pleasant. ”

“This location definitely served its purpose. Outside of having trouble with the keycard working, and thinking we had a pullout sofa bed because the description states it slept 3. It was a solid night of sleep. They brought a rollaway bed for our teenaged son, and we only needed 1 key card to work. ”

“The room was ok, wasn't the cleanest room. It's good for a night, but not very comfortable for extended stays. Not the best, not the worst. ”

“It was kind of dirty. The tub was very stained and our water in the shower did not work. We had up walk down the hallway to another room to shower. Not fun. Staff were nice and breakfast was fine. I hope to get a refund on the room due to the shower situation. ”
