“Amazing as always !!!”

“One of the better hotels in Saskatoon forsure ! Clean, respected, nice lounge downstairs, lots of parking in the underground, rooms are nice. Only thing I didn’t like was that I had a corner building and I felt like the other units could look inside my room while my blinds were open when I was trying to enjoy the view I had”

“The breakfast was good. Had lots of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. The fan was making a horrible noise in my room and they fixed it right away. I got a free shuttle from and to the airport. The hotel is right next to the train tracks and the train does go by in the night. Better to stay on the north, west side of the hotel.”

“The architecture and decor were beautiful. Some of the furniture may need some tlc, but everything was very clean, comfy beds and amazing staff. An absolute gem. On site restaurants were also on point”

“My car window was broken overnight and they didn't tell me while chekcign about parking car in secure place. No camera footage oroovded as they said police will get later. I did report the police n I have seen another car window too broken. Not a safe place, I had to cancel ky my trip and put plastic and tape on the window n drive back home city in very slow speed. The manager provided the tape n garbage bag to put into window, but I had to do all myself and also clean the shattered glass from...

“Hotel is starting to get run down. Bathrooms especially have a lot of cracked tiles and grout. Rugs are very dirty especially in the elevators.”

“It was a decent stay but the concierge was more like help yourself we don't do service. We had to help ourselves to the trolleys and kitchen items.”

“Clean room. Lots of space. Shower sprayed outside the shower all over the floor as there was no door. Needed multiple towels down. At 10pm when it wasnt busy we asked for towels and a pillow. Had to call multiple times and didnt get the items until almost 1.5 hours had passed, 1 trip down to front desk and 3 phone calls.”

“They had security walking propert throughout the night so we knew our vehicle was going to be ok. Located in a place that was easy to travel to where we had to go. The workout room was nice and breakfast was great.”

“Filthy sheets, clearly not laundered, sink and shower also disgustingly dirty. Checked out immediately (did not stay the night), staff told us we could get a refund through Expedia but 5 days later they have still not responded to Expedia’s emails and phone calls, so we are out CAD 144. DO NOT STAY HERE, AVOID!”
