The last ten minutes or so to get to this place had awful road conditions compared to other roads in Kerala. This is not entirely properly’s fault but they and the other resort owners on the same road should be able to influence the government or pave it at their own expense. Very small property (1 acre) considering the distance from Munnar Town.
No walk way other than the one that connects the reception to your room.

Card payment machine was not working and insisted on cash payment on the spot. No deposit was needed. Had to make a stern statement to change our room to the one we booked and the receptionist showed unsettled face. Ambiance was good. Breakfast was poor with limited menu.
