“Purtroppo tutta la zona è un cantiere. Difficile avvicinarsi in auto. La struttura non avverte i Clienti in arrivo dei disagi e dei percorsi da seguire per arrivare in albergo e scaricare l'auto. Nonostante la camera prepagata, e la prenotazione di un tavolo per la cena, per avere la chiave della stanza ho dovuto pagare subito la tassa di soggiorno, nonostante abbia chiesto di pagarla il giorno dopo e poter accedere subito in stanza. Buon ristorante. Ottimo rapporto valore/prezzo.”

I have not met such a rude front desk manager in my travel over 25 countries .. rest of the staff is excellent and friendly ..I don’t know why owners have kept her there .. the property is beautiful ..food is excellent .. convinent to new travel .. right on the bus stop .. ”

The decorations and design is so vintage and I remembered some of the old pots and pans and iron displayed all over the lobby . The front desk staff were helpful and always smiling . The room was so cozy and clean . I had the beautiful view of the mountain and water . The breakfast buffet was awesome and delicious ! The servers were all accommodating , friendly , smiling , courteous....

"L'acqua calda in doccia è durata due minuti e mi sono dovuta fare la doccia fredda. Sul letto c'era solo una sorta di coprimaterasso, non c'era nessun lenzuolo. Servizio reception assente la mattina al mio check out. Ho dovuto suonare due volte il campanello e non ho trovato molta cordialità."
