“I always prefer to stay with hyatt, doesn’t matter the location its always clean and staff is always great. This location was exceptional. The staff was amazing especially Tori she was as so great at check in. The room was so clean and nice, and breakfast was so good”

“The overall cleanliness was adequate. The lobby washroom was poorly maintained. All the toilets were full of urine and feces. Whether this was an act of goofiness from hotel guests or others. When I walked in I was hit with the mal odour equivalent to a roadside outhouse. Hopefully this is not representative of the Marriott standards.”

“We throughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious. There’s an outdoor space for sitting, smoke area, and able to walk our dog. I highly recommend d staying here!”

“It's only for budget friendly, room was not cleansed and poor maintenance by staff. Satisfied with breakfast option, not many varieties but something to eat”

“We were a little concerned when we arrived, as another guest's vehicle had been vandalised - windshield smashed and glass everywhere. There were no further incidents during our stay. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful, although we were not given the ticket for our free breakfast which delayed us eating. It was resolved in a timely manner though. An old, historic hotel and beautiful views over the water.”

“Room was ok. There was only one towel in my room, so i asked for couple extra towels for me and my wife but staff never got back to us. Pool was under maintenance, so we couldnt use it. Breakfast was okay too.”

“I only needed the room to catch an early morning flight. The room was clean, but a little dated. The shower was amazing and the bed was quite comfortable so the room suited its intended purpose.”
