“Sheets smell terrible”

“Very bad front desk and maid service! I had to ask for basic things (shampoo to be filled) multiple times. The front desk late night person was argumentative when I questioned why he was making a copy of my driver's license and did not display the professional demeanor that I am used to at other companies. ”

“It would have been nice to use the pool however there were people smoking dope and drinking in the pool area along with playing their boomboxes super loud. There was one guy who had a house arrest bracelet on who was sitting in the shallow end of the pool smoking dog with one leg in and house arrest leg out.”
