“Very quiet neighborhood with easy spacious parking. Check in and check out were a bit light on details on what and how to do, but no big issues. I suggest that more post booking details on the VRBO website and consider including a binder in the rental on how to check out and other local details. Glad there were notes on the light switches on what switch did what - it has been annoying with our past bookings. “Water was tepid at best. A hole in the wall in the guest bathroom. The couch in the den needs replacing. If five people are renting five should be able to sit comfortably in the den. The lighting was low in the dining area. The patio was lovely.”

“This is the place to stay if you are visiting Albuquerque. The condo was clean and organized. It was nice to be able to park my car in the garage. The property is on a prime location, and you can get to where you want to go easily! Our host, Taryn responded quickly and was a Wonderful host! It was a great stay!”

The toilet, after raising the seat was very soiled and the seat had paint missing again ver likely with bacteria present. The host would do well to replace the toilet seat with plastic making it easier to clean. The toilet is very old and difficult for seniors to exit, suggest new taller toilet. All bathroom surfaces should be painted with semi-gloss paint to prevent...

“Host was very responsive. Our coffee maker wasn't working, and they quickly replaced it. The steam shower and hot tub were awesome. We had four families, 9 people, and had plenty of room.”

“The Casita was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I had no hesitation parking my car in the turn around out front. The bed was comfortable and the shower is hot with good pressure. The Internet was a little slow and the air conditioning is achieved from a couple of those rolling portable units that generate a constant hum in the place. Neither detracted from my stay but noted in case they're important to someone else.”
