“All was good”

“This was an overnight stay with my boyfriend. Check in was probably the most efficient I’ve ever had. Staff were friendly, the hotel was comfortable and clean. The walls appeared to have been recently painted so the baseboards were being worked on…there was sawdust on the carpet in the hallway, no biggie. The room was nothing grand but was clean and quiet with everything in working order. The complimentary breakfast was typical of this chain except they didn’t have gravy. Again, no biggie. ...

“Staff was really nice. The room was comfy for price and location. I did have to ask for sheet to remake bed and change pillow cases due to hair and eyeliner being on the sheets and pillows. Staff was very understanding. ”

“We only had a one night stay over at this hotel, but it was well maintained. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in went fast & smooth. The room was nice and clean and would definitely consider staying at this property again!”

“Il motel è grande con camere spaziose anche se decadenti, come nel suo complesso tutto il complesso. Ad accoglierci in camera c'è un interessante odore di muffa e la tranquilla presenza di un piccolo animale in bagno. Offre aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde e televisore. La connessione wifi è scadente. Unica nota positiva è la cortesia alla reception. La colazione sufficiente rispetto al complesso nel suo insieme. ”

“We have stayed here many times. Usually the breakfast is a draw. But it was lacking this time. The butter was replaced by a spread. The staff did not have the breakfast properly prepared. It was not what we had grown accustomed to.”

“At the price point we payed we fully expected dated and no amenities but not disgusting! The tub was so disgusting we put the bath mat INSIDE of it to stand on. The surfaces had traces of food and drink rings from the guest before us. Toothpaste splatters on the bathroom mirror from the guest before us. There was no toilet paper. The floors had visible bugs and hair and the bedding had rings. Directly upon arrival we went to the front office and told them the condition of the room and asked...

“The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. we couldn't be more happy with our stay. The room was great and the beds were comfortable, breakfast was really good as well. The hotel and staff is absolutely amazing and we will continue to come back when we're in town to see family. Thank you to the staff for your kindness and hospitality.”
