Hotel vicino a Tina Bar - Vancouver

“The hotel felt clean, and I woke up with ants in my sheets, on the nightstand and in my shoes on the floor. When I let reception know, they said they would “tell someone” and kind of laughed while smiling at me. They then asked me if I was checking out. I was left feeling like it wasn’t a new report. It was a Saturday check out and the manager had the day off. I will choose other accommodations next time. They were surprisingly hard to photograph.”

“Our room smelled like musty mildew. My daughter had an asthma attack and we had to sleep with all the windows open. ”

“What a beautiful place. Property is well kept. Staff is wonderful. The restaurant staff is great and food is delicious. I always enjoy coming back every year.”

“Room floor was dirty. Room door entrance was damaged. Bathroom needed re painting. Not enough shampoo in the small tubes. Staff was rude about the cash deposit they wanted that was not in the details when I booked the room. I had to go to ATM to get the cash out or we couldn’t have the keys. Didn’t know about that as I wouldn’t have stayed there otherwise. Noisy as there is a bar just facing only yards away and they drink outside. Allows pets so a dog was barking most of the night. Not a good...

“I arrived just after 12 am, about 45 minutes after I made the reservation. They said I was marked as a no-show, and they couldn't check me in for 30 minutes. I demanded a refund, and left. ”

“La scelta di un hotel a Vancouver presso Portland nasceva dalla volontà di trovarsi già più vicini ai luoghi da visitare ovvero le gole del fiume Columbia. Alla fine questa scelta ci ha obbligato a percorrere più volte la relazione tra Portland e Vancouver che è una delle più trafficate trovate in America. Il motel è risultato particolarmente rumoroso.”

“Adequate parking and good location. Beyong that, i selected 2 nights no smoking room. I got there. Only smoking ros available. Prepaid =screwed. So I stayed. Next day i ask if there were non smoking rooms avaliable. Yes... for an upcharge of 30%... really? Dishonest practices.”

“Breakfast was great, we were happy and pleased. The employees were welcoming and friendly especially Vanessa. She was really nice. I was just disappointed that the hot tub was not running because it was being renovated during our stay. The very reason I chose this Best Western was because of hot tub. But of course because of the good reviews and reasonable price, I chose this place also. The place was clean.”

“All linens and towels were stained. Bathrooms had black mold. Beds had bugs (not bed bugs in our booking). Beds didn’t come with blankets. Constant screaming and cigarette smells in the rooms”
