“Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.”

“We loved everything about this place. It felt warm and inviting. All the staff were kind and very helpful. Everybody goes out of there to say hello. Most of the employees are bilingual. The room is beautiful and shower is amazing. Great water pressure. The pillows are so comfy. Umbrella and lounge chairs for beach are complementary. Kumo is delicious and has amazing waitstaff.
Thank you again for taking such good care of us. It made our vacation that much more memorable. ”

“I can honestly say this was an amazing experience. We booked last minute and still ended up with oceanfront views.
From the moment we arrived to the time we left, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. I loved how convenient everything was, the bar right downstairs staying open late, and being able to walk straight out to beach chairs and fresh towels waiting for you.
10/10 experience. I would come back here every single time.”

“The lobby and resort are very nice. My 3rd floor ocean view, was a peek at the ocean after mostly a dirty, garbage polluted roof. The room was very musty smelling and was startled by a couple of cockroaches. The balcony was dirty, and the shower has no divider, so the bathroom floods. The lighting was dim and yellow in the bathroom.
They need to update this room.
The property is nice, great beach, pools and places to lounge. Get a spot early though, they fill up fast. ”

“The is the perfect location for visiting Old San Juan. It is walkable to any site you want to visit. The staff were wonderful, kind and friendly. They gave us good suggestions for restaurants, things to do, etc. The room was nice and clean. Although they are smaller rooms than we normally see, they were great for our short stay prior to cruising. Would definitely recommend especially since they are in construction to add a restaurant. ”

“Great location, 3 blocks from the beach, great restaurants within walking distance. Room was nice and air conditioning worked well. Shared kitchen needs a deep clean. Bugs visible during the day. Device on roof of our room was loud and starts up every hour or so kept waking us up at night.”

“This hotel is not good for the over 55 seniors.
Too many small kids in the adult pool & No kids in the kiddie pool at all.
Your bellman department hours are not good for anyone with early a.m. departing flights from. SJU.
If I had not planned ahead and spoken to someone at the front desk I would have been in a jam. So, at 7am I had to go down to the front desk to find a luggage rack since the department did not open until 9am.
I was in room 814 and no one explained to me that...
