Abbiamo avuto un problema con la camera, in quanto troppo piccola e col wifi non funzionante ma grazie alla responsabile Azusa Matsuyama, tutto è stato risolto per il meglio. “A bit of a walk from train station, but can be walked all underground (to stay out of summer heat) once you figure out the route. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff speaks English well, which helps if your an English speaker. A good experience overall.”

Being said that the Hotel room was very clean and many amenities in the room. Steam room and jacuzzi tub was awesome. Karaoke and sound system was great. Staff were very responsive.

"Camera con tutto il necessario con utility per soggiornare qualche giorno. La pulizia va richiesta e il cambio asciugamani va effettuato in autonomia inserendoli all'interno di un sacchetto presente in camera. Prima della prenotazione avevo richiesto 3 camera singole al 12 piano con affaccio interno e sono stato accontentato, in modo da avere silenzio notturno e riposo assicurato. Non abbiamo provato l'onsen. Per gli spostamenti, senza andare fino a Shnjuku station, consiglio la fermata Higashi-Shinjuku Station a 5 minuti a piedi. Nei dintorni diversi market aperti 24h e tutto il quartiere koreano con presente anche un Don Quijote a 200metri. Il check-in alle ore 15:00 occupa meno tempo di quanto scrivono in tanti"
"Ho trascorso alcune notti in questo hotel durante un viaggio con degli amici a Tokyo e devo dire che mi sono trovato veramente molto bene. La camera tripla in cui abbiamo soggiornato era veramente molto spaziosa e decisamente pulita. Il bagno di dimensioni standard come in tutti gli altri hotel in cui sono stato in Giappone. Sotto alla struttura, nei piani interrati, erano presenti diversi negozietti e ristoranti tipici dove abbiamo mangiato piuttosto bene. La colazione era molto varia con prodotti tipici locali sia dolci che salati, ma anche piatti più da turisti (pizza, uova, bacon, ecc.). Infine la posizione dell'hotel è davvero ottima! in circa 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge tranquillamente la stazione di Shinjuku da cui si può raggiungere in treno praticamente tutta la città. Inoltre sempre in pochi minuti a piedi si posso raggiungere i quartieri di Shinjuku e Kabukicho che sono particolarmente animati, soprattutto alla sera."

"Stanza minuscola, 17 mq forse con includendo il bagno. Ci hanno fornito la culla per nostro figlio e non ci si poteva più muovere in camera. Abbiamo chiesto di togliere dalla stanza il divanetto per avere più spazio e poter aprire almeno la valigia e ci hanno risposto che lo avrebbero fatto la mattina successiva ma è rimasto in camera per tutto il soggiorno. Il personale della notte non parla bene inglese. La moquette nell'andito è sollevata ed è difficile persino percorrerlo con la valigia. La moquette sia camera che nell’andito sono vecchie e fanno davvero schifo. Peggior hotel in cui sono stato in Giappone."
