A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay. When I showed my proof of reservation from Expedia, their story changed and I was told that there had been a change in ownership and there had been a glitch in their computer system. “I booked a 2 bed room when which was not available when I arrived. I then asked for a kingsize bed room, was given a queen bed. The room had cabinet doors missing in the bathroom. The vending machine malfunctioned and did not provide a water that was purchased and staff indicated that I had to contact the vending machine for a refund... They should deal with the vending company, not the guests.”
