“Room was bad, very bad. Bathroom corners were cracked with fungus growing, shower not working,… 3rd world motel is better.”

“My stay was very comfortable and that started with the friendly, helpful staff. My room was very clean. Very nice toiletries. Great bed. However, I didn't have any exercise equipment like pictured in the photos. A minor disappointment. Also, they might consider carrying some healthier snacks in the snack bar, like organic or gluten free options.”

“Bed was very comfortable and price was low for DC area. So 3 stars for that but door lock hardly worked, coffee packets were forgotten second day so minus 2 stars. Overall 1 star because it was very convenient for my move.”

“The property is run down, shady people living long term, floor sticky, room smelly. No toiletries, no kitchen utensils, no hair dryer....would have left but there were no other hotels available and needed to stay in the area. There is no breakfast provided, just some granola bars and bad coffee. Would NOT recommend.”

“Awful. Woke up with nausea from the awful paint covering cigarette smell. The fridge I opened to put something in it, Smelled like death. Wash clothes had stains. Sketchy place inside and outside. Felt unsafe when a guy follow my daughter and I from the traffic light to the hotel parking lot on his bike. Mattresses did not have mattress protectors, just fitted sheets. Force ourselves to sleep in the same bed, on top of the blankets with out hoodies and street clothes on bc we both felt so...

“It was a great stay! Comfy spacious rooms. Our AC broke during the night - which was rough - but the next day the staff dutifully gave us a different room. They were very helpful. Breakfast is nice! It was chaotic on a day with 2 tourist buses staying in the hotel: there was no seating because it was so crowded and people were leaving their trash everywhere, the poor staff was clearing tables and replenishing food as fast as they could! They were working so hard. Maybe staff can request...
