“This is not a boutique hotel. It is a standard motel.”

“Our first room was not cleaned when we went in so they moved us to another room. In the new room there was no body wash in the shower. Breakfast was underwhelming with limited options and what was there was dry and tasted old. There were no towels in the pool area and when asked they brought hand towels not even big enough to dry off a 6 year old! Not the experience we are used to for this brand of hotel. ”

“Got a text asking if there was anything the property could do. Requested them to take a day off the reservation. When I arrived, this had not happened and they refused to refund the day. ”

“We enjoyed having a large room with a sofa but found numerous dog hairs and human hair in towels and carpet. My grandson is allergic to certain dogs and he coughed the entire 3 days.”

“This hotel was perfect during my 2-night stay. Everything was clean in both the room and common areas and the free hot breakfast was great. Overall everything seemed properly attended to and well-managed by the staff. The attached Mexican restaurant was also fantastic, providing a super convenient spot on property to have dinner. This Ramada is an example of how a hotel should be run. ”

“Pro: check in was super easy the lady at the desk was so kind so late at night. The breakfast was great, so many options and everything we had was fresh. We were exhausted and our children beyond past bedtime. Cons: our room smelled like the toilet had backed up if you get what I’m saying 💩 , the kids had already passed out on the bed before I came back from getting our suitcases. I took another trip out and got the body spray to help mask the smell until I also passed out. We could have...
